Before founding Horsfield & Associates, Erica worked for a number of city and suburban law practices in Melbourne. Prior to qualifying, Erica had a broad commercial experience with organisations such as the big four accounting firms and in two public companies where she was Assistant Company Secretary.

As a mother of three energetic boys she is actively involved in community affairs, junior soccer and Little Athletics. She played netball at State representative level (but that was a while ago).

Prior to entering the law Grahame had a broad ranging career which included ten years as a Consulting Partner with KPMG. He then operated his own consulting practice between 1990 and 2003, covering the fields of industrial marketing, commercial strategy in the food and agribusiness sectors, association management, mergers and acquisitions.

Grahame brings a wealth of commercial experience to the practice of law with a strong background in commercial negotiation and business problem solving.
